Ellah Reveals She Had Plans To Marry Idris

Ellah and Idris were often seen snuggling under the covers. They even kissed several times as they enjoyed their time in the Big Brother house. But after their mothers visited and cautioned them during the freeze task in the second last week of the show, things changed and they ended up in a complicated situation as the 21-year-old Tanzanian photographer couldn't decide whether he wanted to be with Ellah or not.

This of course made her most upset, but the 24-year-old Ugandan beauty queen couldn't help all her infatuation. In an interview with Uganda's New Vision, Ellah, real name Stellah Nantumbwe, has revealed that she had plans to marry the Big Brother Hotshots winner.

Who updates your Twitter handle?

I do, but sometimes there is administrator who helps me to keep it active. People like it when you are in touch with them.

How have you been since returning from Big Brother Africa?

Life has changed, but for the better. I am proud of what I have achieved so far.

I watched you on the Scoop 'n Scoop show on Urban TV.

That was my first time on TV as a presenter. I was not nervous. I was just myself. I guess the cameras in the Big Brother House helped a lot.

Who is your ideal man?

Definitely Idris Sultan. He has a great masculine body. I think he has all the qualities any woman would want.

Tell us about Idris. Was the relationship real?

I do not know about him, but for me, it was real. Right now, we are settling back into our lives. We will see if we still have the feelings for each other.

Has he called since Big Brother ended?

We are in touch. But I cannot tell you to what extent.

Idris is 21 and you are 24. Does the age difference matter to you?

For me, it is about maturity, not age.

Did you have any plans of marrying him?

Yes, but we decided to put our relationship on hold. This is because when money is in control, a lot can happen. We shall give ourselves some time.

Didn't you worry that your boyfriend back at home was watching, while you cried over Idris?

At that moment, I did not care at all. I just wanted to follow my heart, be myself and be happy.

What puts you off about a guy?

Being aggressive, manipulative and having self-pity.

You were very laid back at the start of the game.

You get very anxious when you enter the BBA House: You do not know what to expect. But soon, it gets easier as you interact with your housemates. The diary room sessions and the cameras remind you that you are not in isolation. Just knowing there are people outside who are around you is comforting.

Viewers across the continent thought 'Biggie' had a crush on you?

It was a good friendship. We always had a good conversation. I guess he was so kind to me because of my character. I did not forgot to tell him "thank you" after every session.

Did you meet Biggie after BBA?

I did not and I would not want to meet the person behind the voice. It is just nice that the voice makes you feel like someone is watching over you, like a real big brother.

Is Idris going to share the money with you?

I do not know. But I want to make my own money.

What if you found out that he had a stable girlfriend back at home?

Honestly, I would totally understand that and move on with my life.

What do you think of sex before marriage?

I think one should do what they feel is comfortable for them.

You and Esther did not really like each other and yet you are from the same country, why?

It is just that she preferred different kind of company.

What next after Big Brother?

There are some songs I recorded while in the house. The first one I am going to record is about Idris.

Esther's Fun Gossip Session With Biggie

Today in the diary room, Esther thoroughly enjoyed her diary session with Biggie as she let out some secrets of her own along with her suspicions over the relations of some of the housemates. The ever so giggling Esther told Biggie that she was happy and confident about winning the wager.

Big Brother asked her for her comment about relationships in the house. She quickly let loose about the known couple, Nhlanhla and Sheillah, and said that nothing much had happened between them to confirm their relationship but that there was clearly something going on. She also told Biggie about her suspicions about something brewing between Laveda and Permithias and that she also felt there was something between Permithias and Sabina. She also said that Permithias had said he liked light-skinned girls and assumed that things were likely to develop between Permithias and Sabina but didn’t mind who the singer got on with because she liked both girls.

Biggie was keen on finding out more about relationship dynamics in the house and asked Esther if there was anyone she was interested in. The Ugandan lass blushed and told Biggie that she couldn’t say much on that topic as there was somebody outside of the house that she was interested in and thought would hit things off with.

We wonder who Esther may be eyeing in the house because she told Biggie that there was somebody that she was still looking at and assessing although she did not think she wanted to get into anything with anyone.

The session ended on a high note as Esther offered Biggie a little dance in the baggy pants she wore which she loved. Biggie welcomed this and after the performance Esther left, leaving us still wondering who she was falling for in the house. Who do you think this could be?

Esther, Age: 23

Pint-sized student Esther hails from Uganda's Nsambya. She describes herself as meek, bubbly, creative, truthful and loving as well as friendly and outgoing.

She says she entered Big Brother Hotshots to connect with people from different countries and to expose her talents. She's looking forward to giving Africa a chance to see her 'true self'.

Her favourite foods are mashed potatoes and chicken tikka masala. On books, she likes Rich Dad, Poor Dad while musically, Rihanna is her favourite. She likes The Wendy Williams Show and her favourite actress is Zoe Saldanha.

Esther says that Jinja is her favourite place in Uganda, because it is 'the pearl of Africa'. Outside of her home country, she sees California as 'the place of dreams and fun'.

The most influential person in Esther's life is her brother Fred, because "he has been there for me and he always will be".

Esther promises viewers unique skills, entertainment and being herself always. If she wins, she plans to invest some of the money, donate some to charity and support her family and career.

With her sparkling personality, Esther looks set to shine inside the Big Brother house. She says she's very funny and can make people laugh.

Ellah From Uganda

 

Ellah, Age: 23

Ellah is a sales assistant with a BSc in Business Computing from Nsambya, Uganda. She lists her favourite foods as ravioli, rice and chicken and her favourite books as Think Like A Man, Act Like A Lady, and Nice Girls Don't Get Rich. She enjoys watching Reality shows like Real Housewives of Atlanta, New York and Orange County. Her favourite singers include India Arie, August Alsina, Beyonce, Rihanna and Sam Smith.

Her favourite place in Uganda is the Lake Bunyonyi Resort and she says that the best thing about Africa is "the warmness of the people". Ellah has 12 siblings and her Mom is her role model.

Ellah is mostly proud of having become Miss Uganda 2013/14. She says, "it was a stiff competition and a strong test for me”. She was inspired to enter Big Brother Hotshots because "it unites Africa and is also a platform for me to advance". She says that she's "super excited and is looking forward to being on the show".

Ellah describes herself as "charismatic, bitchy, outspoken, loving and sophisticated", and says that she's a very determined person. She also says to love charismatic people and values honesty and joyfulness in others. She specifically detests "lies and fake people".

The feisty Ellah also says that if she were an animal, she'd be a lioness, because of all the power that comes with it. She promises Africa a "cocktail of personality" with a rough edge.

Denzel's Cross-Dressing Shocks Fans

 

BBA The Chase Ugandan representative, Charles Denzel Mwenyeretsi seems to thrive on courting controversy and goes an extra to get tongues wagging.

The latest antic came out of his deep closet of tricks is exposing himself as a cross dresser.

The controversial presenter posted pictures of himself donning a floral padded bra, a dress, plus a wig while grinning like he had just won a million dollars.

The pictures understandably got Denzel lots of unflattering remarks from the public who still wonder how someone as unbalanced as that could have been chosen to represent over 13 million Ugandans.

Even fellow Big Brother Africa housemates consented that his weird character of preferring nudity could have been the reason why he was evicted just one week into the game. He is currently a presenter at Uganda's Urban TV.
